- Dental A/T/H: Diploma Holder in Dental Hyg/Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) with min 5 years experience.
- Driver: 8th Class, Class I MT Driver (Armed Forces) and civil driving licence with min 5 years experience.
Age Limit:
- Dental Officer: Max 65 Years
- Dental A/T/H: Max 58 Years
- Driver: Max 55 Years
