Eligibility
Candidates must possess a medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Required: MD/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification, plus a DM in the respective discipline/subject (Gastroenterology). One year teaching and/or research experience after obtaining DM/MCh is required (or none for 3 years degree holders).
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years. Age relaxation is applicable: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, Govt Servant: 5 years.
